Hawthorn Estates Ltd is a family-owned company based in Lancashire, established in 1976 by our founders Geoff and Kendall Dootson. Our years of experience have been enhanced by constantly updating and acquiring skills, enabling us to fulfil our client’s needs.

Along with our primary team, we work with companies that excel in specific fields. Each of these companies are checked for competency and compliance with current legislation before undertaking any work for you.
Since we began in 1976, we have built up a large arsenal of contacts; this enables us to undertake jobs, from basic site cleaning to complicated building repairs.

What we do

We started as a Landscaping company and adapted to facilities management. Hawthorn Estates is now a facilities management and construction company with our sister business, Sympathetic Works (which deals with heritage building and skills). with the launch of our Design element in 2021, Hawthorn Design Partnership, the company has expanded dramatically since its humble beginnings in 1976.

This enables you to instruct us, or another company, to carry out required tasks quickly, minimising further damage and/or hazard. We inspect all work done regularly, keeping you informed by letter, fax, email or telephone.
